Cosmetology Practical State Board

Service Description

This class prepares students for the cosmetology practical state board examination. The course consists of a two-day session focused on state board kit preparation and hands-on mock board training and testing. The class must be scheduled at least three (3) weeks prior to your state board testing date. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a required state board kit list. All kit items must be present at your first appointment. This class is available to: Students who completed the cosmetology program at The Academy of Beauty, 60 days after graduation, and students who completed cosmetology training at another institution. Students who completed their cosmetology course more than six (6) months prior to booking will be subject to additional fees and extended training time.
